We Are Trinity Alps Indivisible a part of the larger, National, Indivisible Organization,a grassroots movement of thousands of local Indivisible groups with a mission to elect progressive leaders, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda. . Our opponents depend on a divide and conquer strategy, so we treat an attack on one like an attack on all. We show up for each other, and particularly for those facing the brunt of rightwing ideologues’ attacks - often immigrants, people of color, LGBTQ+  and low-income people.

Action by action, day by day, group by group, 'Indivisibles' across the nation are remaking our democracy.
Our Vision is a real democracy that is of, by, and for the people. E. Pluribus Unum- from the many one. 

No Kings Day 3.0   March 28, 2026

A brass band played on the plaza in front of the Weaverville bandstand.  Between sets we streamed protest songs, and local singer Leia Anneliese showed up near the end and did a set. There were postcards to write and crowns to decorate, a voter registration opportunity, pizza from Bricks and homemade cookies. Four people stepped up to be Peacekeepers and scattered throughout the crowd in thier vests and whistles. There was very little opposition, no confrontations or violence. It was a blend of people of all ages and backgrounds, all talking and hugging and laughing and singing and dancing together.
Our State Senator, Mike McGuire stopped by on his way to the Dream Makers Gala and Auction at the Veteran's Hall, to support youth scholarships and community projects. He gave us a rousing pep talk.  He was absolutely raving about how impressed he was with how many people we had and how we had put together such a joyful and fun event. Thank you all for coming!!  And, a giant THANK YOU and congratulations to everyone who helped put this together; the musicians and sound system providers, everyone who donated cash, or helped set up and organize and clean up, or brought food, water, tables and chairs, safety equipment and more. A big shout out to those who provided and ran the postcard, voter reg and crafts tables, and to those Peacekeepers!
